Camp 2008 Schedule
Registration Form - Camp 2008
Arrival and Departure:
Sessions are one week each - you may register for as many weeks
as you like. You may arrive anytime after 1:30 pm
on the Sunday of the week you attend. Please do not arrive
before registration time. Register between 1:30- 3:45 pm.
Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 3:45 pm.
Your reservation will be held until 6:00 pm. Camp
session ends after the horse show on Saturday afternoon.
It is usually over by 1:00 pm.
Registration:
For each camper attending, a medical form and a registration
form must be completed and sent to Circle R Ranch. For
additional information contact us at Circle
R Ranch.
Steps to Registration for the 2008 season:
1) Print the new registration form located here.

2) Complete the registration form completely and
attach appropriate deposit.
3) Mail it to

4) Circle R Ranch will send written confirmation along
with a Health History Medical form.
If you happen to lose it or want one ahead of time,
there is one on this web site for your convenience.
5) Bring the completed Medical Form and the camp
fee along with you to the first day of camp. ( Sunday check-in
)
6) Have an exciting time at camp.
Camp Fee:
Only $ 485.00 each week per person.
Deposit of $ 150.00 per person required with registration
application
( Balance is due by June 1st 2008)

Group picture, and picture button provided.
A non-transferable deposit is required of $ 150.00 PER
PERSON PER WEEK attending.
Your remaining camp fee will be refunded only in extreme emergencies.
Confirmation will be sent to you promptly with a HEALTH
HISTORY form required by the State Health Dept., which MUST be returned to us, signed by a physician prior to
opening day of camp.
Special Sessions: Girls
Only Weeks - June 15th - 21st, June 22nd-28th
Special Session: Teen Week
- June 29th -July 5th, August 17th-23rd.
Special Session: Mother and
Daughter week - August 24th-30th.
Ranch Bank:
Is set up to help campers control and protect their money.
Special hours are set up each day for with drawls. Normally
$ 35.00 to $ 60.00 will cover all expenditure,
but parents should make their own determination as to how much
money a camper has.
Optional purchases are soda, candy, snacks, T-shirts, sweatshirts,
jackets, etc. If he/she is to stay another week budget
at least $ 25.00 for laundromat and dinner on Saturday
evening.
Gift Certificates are available also.
What to Bring to Camp:.

Boots with 1" heel and
smooth sole for riding.

CRR provides riding helmets,
but if you want to bring your own, the helmet must be an SEI
approved equestrian helmet.

Play clothes and shoes for
other activities.
Sleeping bag for camp out and
single bed sheets for the dorm.
A pillow.
Swim suit.
Rain gear.
Cold weather clothes.
Towels and toiletries, personal
items.
For campers staying longer
than 2 weeks, a laundry bag and money for laundry. ($ 15.00)
Optional Items
Camera, film, and flashlight.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING:
Expensive articles,
radios or jewelry.
